If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive not what you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept all returns within 7 business days of receipt. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will do our best to make things right. Just ship it back to us and you will get a full product and shipping refund. However, if there is nothing wrong the product or packaging, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
To initiate a return, simply call us at 888-635-0555 or email us at email@example.com with your order information and the reason for return. Upon receiving and evaluating your request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label to the box and drop the package off at your UPS or USPS office. The refund will be issued within 24 hours after receiving your return.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Cost
If there is nothing wrong the product or packaging, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. In this case you are still eligible for a full refund, even if you simply changed your mind.
Due to a perishable nature of our products, we ask that you submit your return request no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
Your refund will be sent back to the same credit card or the PayPal account used in the initial purchase. It should take no longer than 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or PayPal account.
