Sure thing! The pick-up option is available for Illinois and wholesale customers. Just select the Pick Up method during the checkout process. If such option is not available, please select our zip code during the checkout process – 60707. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. Is your product fresh?

Oh yes! Being a wholesaler, we go through the product really quickly. This means that we are constantly replenishing our inventory with freshest product possible.

What is the shelf life?

Up to 12 months on individually packaged bags and airtight bulk cases. Up to 6 months on bulk cases in the cellophane wrapping.

How do I store your products?

We suggest that our products are stored in the cool, dry place.

What if the product is out of stock? How can I pay?

We will try to notify you in advance if your product is out of stock. If you order still went through, we will be sure to immediately notify you and issue a refund.
You can pay with your credit card or Pay Pal. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discovery and American Express cards.

Do you sell retail and wholesale?

Our website is designed to accommodate two major types of buyers – individual buyers and wholesale buyers. We offer bottom line prices for both categories with additional savings for wholesale orders – 1000lbs of single or multiple products.

How quickly do you process orders?

The standard turnaround time for processing and shipping your order is 24 hours. It might take a bit longer to process a gift tray order (it’s made by hand by the way) or a large wholesale order. If you placed your order by 2pm CST, it will most likely will go out the same date. For bulk orders it might take over 48hrs to process and ship.

Do you charge sales tax?

According to the South Dakota v. Wayfair ruling, we will have to collect state tax according to the state tax laws.

What is your return policy and who pays for the return?
