These are just as tasty as the raw and home-roasted ones -- and some like them even more because of the salt! I tend to use these in salads and the raw/home-roasted ones on butternut squash soup. For trail mixes, I find these to be delicious because the saltiness contrasts read more... nicely with the sweetness of raisins and chocolate.

This is the first time I have tried the roasted/salted pepitas. I love them! It really makes eating pumpkins seeds nicer with out dealing with the shells. I have been enjoying eating this nutritious packed seed with the almonds I ordered. They will definately be on read more... any reorder list I have.

I bought a pound not long ago and have just bought two more. I have a light morning workout followed by a whey protein shake for breakfast, two slices of avocado toast on Arnold's 12 whole grain bread with red pepper flakes and Romano cheese for lunch with a tall read more... glass of 2% milk, wild-caught sockeye salmon with a half of a sweet potato and a cup of spinach for supper, or sometimes a Healthy Choice power bowl (from which I learned about pepitas). Delicious and nutritious (full of healthy fats, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, copper, potassium, B2, folate, vitamin K, antioxidants and fiber). I snack on them along with peanuts and cashews between meals and am never hungry. I wish I knew that they were indeed from Mexico and not from China (label says either/or). But, if I knew they were from China, I would still buy them. My weight has dropped from 182 to 167 over the last four months and my blood pressure is down to 134/66. BMI has gone from just over 25 to 22. I cannot recommend these pepitas highly enough as a valuable part of anyone's diet, and a snack as tasty as potato chips. Very satisfied with seller and product! Try a pound. You will not be sorry.

My absolutely favorite Pepitas.Wow I have bought these before at our natural health food store and at the mall but let me tell you,these pepitas taste a million tons better than the mall and health food store.I love love eating them straight from the bag.I will use them in a read more... salad too.On my next order I will order 6 bags instead of 2 bags.Absolutely fabulous Pepitas

I decided to make a change from the pumpkins seeds in the shell. These are quite delicious but they go fast. I may need to set ration limits with bowl because just holding the bag is not good.

Cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor. These are a favorite snacking nut because they're so flavorful. Very fresh nuts, with very few toss-outs. The salt is right at the limit of what I want. I prefer less, almost always, so that the nutty flavor comes through. Oh, yes, I'll buy read more... again.

Pumpkin seeds in the shell have always been too fibrous and too salty for me. This shelled version is just right on both counts. These are salty and nutty. I like eating these in a mix of roasted and salted soy nuts, roasted and salted sunflower seeds, and corn nuts read more... (barbecue and cheese flavors go well).
