Just Can't Beat This: Hello all! I just received my holiday package purchase of Fresh, Snappy, Delicious Roasted and Salted Pecans. The delivery was prompt, packaging professional, and when I opened up the box and unsealed the wrapped contents, the aroma was astounding! it was like Santa brought me my wish read more... list. I love all kinds of nuts but, especially pecans. They are so rich in taste; I can help myself for chewing them a little longer than usual. This review may be a bit slanted because these are my favorite nuts: Salted/Roasted Pecans. Slightly salted and balanced roast brings out the savoriness flavors and aromas of this exquisite snack. The only problem for me is that I can't stop eating them! I am relearning to chew my snacks read more... thoroughly....I don't necessarily gulp them down, however, my taste buds want me to hurry and put some more in my mouth and if I don't , my tongue gets tied! These roasted Pecans were something special alike sweet a lil salty soooo crunchy , they were great in the stuff I put them in and great by themselves I gave them a 4 because I wanted them to be a lil buttery and a lil bit more salty read more... but the pick their nuts at the peak of perfection. Nutstop Pecans are the best. Growing up my grandad had a lot of pecan trees so we always had the best, freshest nuts. So now I am very picky and recognize really great pecans. Looking for healthy snack options to help lower my husband's cholesterol and decided to make our own nut mix using just our favorites. I love pecans and eat them every day for lunch, so I thought I'd buy 10 pounds to save some money. I should have tried a smaller quantity first. The pecans I got are okay, but they are not as good as regular Planters. In fact, they are the worst read more... pecans I've ever had from any brand. I don't know if they didn't roast them right or if they just aren't fresh, but they have a much firmer texture than any other brand I have ever had. I have 10 pounds now, and I will eat them because they are okay, but I won't be back for more. I suggest you try first before buying in bulk.
