This product was not eatible. It was very dark and smelled like coffee. I called Nutstop.com and they refunded me the purchase of this item. So the product gets 1-star but Nutstop.com gets 5-stars for their customer service.

My horse's body worker (yes, my horse has his own masseuse/body worker, I, on the other hand, do NOT) recommended ground flax from Nutstop to help him grow a more healthy coat, and stronger hooves. I noticed an improvement within a week after I started feeding this to him. I read more... put about a half cup on his regular feed each day and he gobbles it right up. The price is much cheaper than the flax from the horse supplement companies, too.
