  4. Add water to a small pot and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, measure the cacao powder and cacao butter you will need to make a desired amount of bars. When water is hot enough, place bowl with cacao butter over the pot and let it melt.Homemade Dark Chocolate with Nuts and Dried Fruits

  6. YOU CAN SKIP THIS STEP. For a shiny texture and a real chocolate look use this technique. Let the chocolate reach 120 F. Remove from the stove and let it cool down to 80 F. Then put it back over the pot with hot water and let it reach 90 F.
