  2. Mix water, sugar, coconut oil and honey in a pot and bring to boil on a medium heat.
  3. Keep stirring the mixture until honey and sugar are fully dissolved.
  4. Bring the mixture to 280F then add vanilla extract, salt and redskin peanuts.
  5. Keep stirring until mixture reaches 300F.
  6. Remove from heat and quickly mix in baking powder.
