  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.ingredients Faux Choc Truffles
  2. Place dates in a food processor, add coconut oil and grind. Remove from the processor and transfer to a large bowl.Grind dates for Faux Choc Truffles
  3. Add filberts (hazelnuts) and almonds to the processor and chop finely. The nuts should be in very small pieces, not floured. Set aside 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts, and transfer the rest to the bowl.
  4. Add chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cocoa, and a dash of salt to the bowl. For some extra flavor and spiciness add a little bit of cayenne pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.mix ingredients for Faux Choc Truffles
  5. Form a ball of "faux chocolat" mix. Cover it with the nuts and place on a plate/tray. Do it with the rest of the mix. Make balls for Faux Choc Truffles
  6. Place the plate/tray with "Faux Chocolat" Truffles in a fridge for about 30 min.
