  2. Preheat oven to 375F. Place all cashews on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Roast for about 7-10 min until nice golden color. Let the nuts cool down.roasted cashews
  3. Place all cashews in a food processor and start processing. If your processor has different speeds it is better to use the lower ones.
