  2. If the cottage cheese is very watery, use sieve to remove as much liquid as possible.
  3. Place cottage cheese in a bowl. Add sugar, salt, chia seeds and egg. Mix it all together. Add 2 to 4 tbsp of flour depending on the consistency of the mixture - we are looking for a smooth mass that can be shaped.Cottage Cheese Cakes with Raisins and Chia

  5. Warm a pan on medium heat, add 2-3 tbsp coconut oil. Place a tray/plate with some flour near the stove.
